Piccalilli is an English spin on South Asian pickles, a relish of chopped pickled vegetables and spices, with some also calling it “Old English Mustard Pickle”. In New Zealand it’s also known as “Chow-Chow”.
We use a mixture of high-quality Western Australian vegetables for this one, combined with our secret spice blend and mustardy bite! No ploughman’s lunch can ever be complete without a good dollop of Picalilli. We have been told by some of our customers that it takes them back in time to a happy place where mum made them sandwiches with Piccalilli. This one goes great with all cheeses and cold cut meats.
