This Lebanese recipe is made with Western Australian sun-dried figs. It has a different flavour than our fresh fig jam. The jam is scented with anise and infused with delicious crunchy walnuts!

Place a whole Camembert cheese wheel in the oven and when it’s nice and hot, remove it from the oven and cover the cheese with the Fig and Walnut jam!
