Capsicum Relish Sugar Free is a delicious sugar-free alternative to our original classic Capsicum Relish. We have replaced the sugar with a sugar-free sweetener called Xylitol that is naturally extracted from Birch trees. Unlike most sweeteners, it does not leave that bitter taste behind in your mouth. This relish is also gluten free!
Made with only the sweetest Western Australian capsicums. This relish is particularly good with soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert and is also a great topping on cold-cuts of meats. Another great use for this relish is to mix it with some extra virgin olive oil and a splash of fresh lemon, then generously use as a salad dressing!
