Our famous Buttermilk Rusks or also known as Karringmelk Beskuit in South Africa, are made with our family’s traditional dough recipe, which is cut into chunks after baking and then slowly dried in the oven.
It is usually briefly dipped into a warm drink such as coffee, tea, or rooibos tea before being eaten. These definitely make for a great breakfast in the morning and sets you up with all the energy you need!
